This Privacy Policy sets forth the practices and information regarding the processing of personal information of users who use Cloudwise services.
Users remain anonymous until choosing to disclose their identity. Data processing follows legal requirements with technical safeguards protecting against unauthorized access.
The Administrator of your personal data is Cloudwise, a limited liability company with its registered office in Warsaw (00-844), 60 Grzybowska Street (WeWork).

§2 Scope of data processing
Collected personal data includes identification data (name, surname, date of birth) and contact data (address, phone number, e-mail address). The site also processes device information such as IP addresses, cookies, session data and browser information for operational purposes.
§3 Purpose and legal basis of data processing
User's personal data shall be processed in order to answer or provide a service in relation to the content of an inquiry sent to the Administrator via a contact form, for marketing and statistical purposes, as well as for the purpose of targeting content or advertising. Processing complies with GDPR and Polish data protection legislation.
§4 Method of data acquisition
Personal data is collected directly from the user as a result of their provision via the contact form.
§5 Sharing of data
Data may be shared with employees and with the Google Analytics, Facebook, LinkedIn and GetResponse platforms.
§6 User rights
Users possess the right to access their personal data, to correct it, to request erasure, to restrict processing and to file a complaint with PUODO.
§7 Data storage period
The Administrator shall store personal data for the period of the Administrator's legitimate interest, but no longer than the period of the statute of limitations.
§8 Data security
Appropriate technical and organizational measures protect data against unauthorized access, loss or destruction.
